AFJ: Live Encounters
AFJ’s live encounters are unscripted, one-on-one performances with strangers in real time.
These interactions take place primarily on OmeTV, where each conversation begins without context, preparation, or expectation. There is no audience, no rehearsal, and no control over who appears next.
Only presence.
What This Is
These are not pranks.
They are not interviews.
They are not content for reaction.
Each encounter is a performance.
A space where identity is constructed, tested, and witnessed in real time.
AFJ enters each interaction fully embodied—speaking, responding, and adapting in the moment. The other person becomes an active participant, whether they realize it or not.
What emerges is unpredictable:
- humor
- tension
- resistance
- connection
No two encounters are the same.
Why This Format
OmeTV removes context.
There is no shared history, no reputation, and no expectation of what is about to happen. Each person arrives as a stranger and leaves with an impression—formed entirely in the moment.
What remains is pure interaction.
This environment makes it possible to test identity under pressure, in front of people who have no reason to engage—and no reason to stay.
When they do, it means something.
The Archive
Below is a curated selection of live encounters.
These are not highlights of success.
